Flackers – these are my favorite “crackers”

Sometimes I want to just share some of my favorite things because I just really love them and feel like others should know about them.  I come across different products through social media, reading other blogs, doing my own nutrition research and being willing to try the “next” trend but some can be real hit or miss.

Today I wanted to tell you about these “crackers” called Frackers.  I found these back when I was doing my very low carb/paleo diet and I haven’t been able to give them up yet. I believe I stumbled upon them just by searching “paleo” on amazon and though they sounded interesting and I loved the nutrition facts:

6 Frackers = 100 Cals, 8 grams of fat, 7 carbs, 6 grams of fiber (so really almost carb neutral), and 4 grams of protein.

But the even better part are the ingredients – all readable and and can be counted on one hand: Organic Flax seeds, Organic apple cider vinegar, organic rosemary, sea salt, and organic sage.

So why do I love these besides the nutrition facts and the ingredient list? I love the bold rosemary taste and the crisp solidness of the cracker.  They are great with hummus!

I have no reason to post this other than out of my own love for this cracker and this is not a paid or free trial type boost. I truly have ordered these and now subscribe on amazon for a delivery every month of these tasty snacks.  I think you will love them and they will help you stay on track with all your health goals!
